Thursday we collect
Paid orders are collected from our supplier on Thursday, checked and packed.
Friday it arrives
Collect in Pretoria, door delivery, PAXI or Pudo. We send the tracking number.
Questions
Is the stock in hand? We order from our supplier every Thursday, in the size you confirm. That keeps prices low and means you never get a size someone returned.
How do I know my size? Ask on WhatsApp before you order and we send the garment’s measurements. Dresses and sets run S to 2XL, shoes 3 to 8.
When must I order? Orders confirmed and paid by Wednesday at 18:00 go out that Friday. Later orders go out the Friday after.
Can I pay on delivery? No. We buy your item for you once payment reflects in our account. Lay-by lets you pay half now.
Is it safe to pay by EFT? Yes. Use your order number as the reference and send us the proof of payment. We confirm on WhatsApp the moment it reflects.
What if it doesn’t fit? Swap the size within seven days of delivery, unworn with tags on, subject to stock, or return it for a refund in the same seven days. Swimwear must still have its hygiene liner. Read the returns policy.
Do you deliver in Pretoria and Centurion? Yes. Door delivery is R50 and arrives on Friday afternoon anywhere in Pretoria and Centurion, from Pretoria East, Menlyn, Hatfield and Brooklyn to Montana, Pretoria North, Akasia, Mamelodi, Atteridgeville, Irene and Midstream. Or collect free in Pretoria.
Do you deliver outside Pretoria? Yes, anywhere in South Africa by PAXI at a PEP store or by Pudo locker, including Johannesburg, Midrand and the rest of Gauteng.
Are the photos the real items? They are our supplier’s photos. Ask and we send you a video of the actual piece before you pay.
Do you sell to resellers? Yes. Message us for prices on five or more pieces.
